At Natural Training Center we focus on daily, functional movements, as the basis of our workouts.  We do not use Olympic weights, dumbbells or machines.  We utilize you, yes you & your ability to move.  We jump, crawl, hop, roll, climb, kick, play & throw as the main focus of our workouts.  Besides our bodyweight we use weighted vests, kettlebells, clubbells & bands for resistance training.  This provides a much safer, natural environment with greater results than any other form of training.

At NTC we focus on health.  We mimic our natural range of motion in all of our workouts; we do not target specific muscle groups.  Instead we incorporate the whole body into each of our exercises.  We focus on utilizing all the 3 planes of motion as we "Play" or perform our exercises.

Nature has given us all of the tools that we need to maintain our health.  We do not need the latest gadget sold on last night's infomercial nor do we care about the latest fitness craze and/or diet.  We are however interested in mastering our bodies.  As we strive to attain that goal, our bodies, mind & spirit will begin to work as one with our natural environment.

The Natural Training Center invites you to train with the greatest machine the world has ever invented...you! We offer three personal training programs for you to choose from. Each of these programs provides you with a great deal of flexibility that includes highly-customized training sessions to help you meet your goals.

Choose from three Private Coaching Programs to fit your health and fitness needs:

1. Private Coaching  - Recommended for non-athletes who want to lose weight, get in better shape or just get healthy. We offer three "training" structures. Prices are listed below.

2. Sports Specific Training  - Recommended for athletes who have specific goals for their sport.  We also offer 3 options for both.

3. Online Private Coaching- This is a great option for those whom are limited on time & budget.
